Updating Unity Version Procedure

From the maintenance of GENSO MAKER on July 25th, 2024, the Unity version will be updated from "Unity 2021.3.9f1" to "Unity 2022.3.21f1".
Please create UGC equipment using the updated Unity version after the maintenance.

Important: If you continue to use the UGC tool without updating to "Unity2022.3.21f1" and encounter any issues, there is a possibility of encountering problems on the Unity side. We cannot provide compensation or refunds for clay NFTs used with "Unity2021.3.9f1" due to issues with that version, so please ensure you update before use.

Procedure for Updating Unity Version to "Unity2022.3.21f1"

(1)Open "Unity Hub."

Click "Installs" under the project list.

(2)Installation screen: Click "Install Editor" in the upper right corner.

(3)Unity Editor Installation screen: Click on the "Archive" tab.

(4)Within the "Archive" tab: Click the link for "download archive" in the text.

(5)Browser's "Download Archive" page:

• Install "Unity2022.3.21f1" from the archive page using the blue "INSTALL →" button.

• Press the left hand button "Open Unity Hub" after pressing "INSTALL →" to return to Unity.

(6)Installation screen: Keep the defaults checked and click "Continue".

• If there are no issues with the terms of service, check "I agree" and click "Install."

　

(7)Download screen: Download will commence and display "Install complete" upon finishing.

　

(8)Project screen: Return to the project screen and select the "Editor version" for your project.

• Choose "Unity2022.3.21f1" and click "Open with Unity2022.3.21f1."

(9)Update complete:

After opening, verify at the top of the window that your selected project is using "Unity2022.3.21f1" to confirm the update is complete.
