Workflow for UGC Equipment Production

Here, we are explaining the overall workflow for UGC Equipment Production.

Before starting the production of UGC equipment,
please download the following two pieces of data to your PC!

  • Ugc_equip_sample_configuration :For reference in UGC equipment creation, various sample 3D models(fbx, blender) and sample textures(png) are available, categorized by equipment part.
  • Player_base_model :For refence in UGC equipment creation, player character sample models are available.

 
This is a tool that allows you to preview UGC model data and create UGC review data (zip files).

(1) Determine the equipment components to create (a total of 7 components).

About Equipment Slots

(2) Open the Blender data corresponding to each component and save it under a different name.

⋆ Please refrain from creating new ones on your own, as it may lead to issues.

(3) Design UGC equipment and creating model and textures.

Additional Explanations for Each Component

(4) Delete unnecessary samples or mannequin models.

(5) Export the FBX data (please use the provided presets).

(6) Import into Unity and confirm. If everything is in order, create metadata and thumbnails, then submit.
